In attendance: Matt Grande, Colleen Macfarlane, Christina B., Clayton Roenspiess, Anita O’Keefe, Cat Maracle, Melanie Pothier, Shahad Al-Saqqar, Nicole Walter, Karl Anderson, Tina Dort, Roseann DaRosa

- Tina provided an update
- $2329.22 available in the account
• Accounts receivable $2913.54
• Only change was $5 in bank fees over 2 months
- Of note, the Salesforce donation (earmarked for kids and art) was changed to $802 from $1327.52, a $525.52 discrepancy, due to some administrative issues.
• A fee from the SPRC for processing, as well as the fees for exchange and the exchange rate are likely to account for this discrepancy.
- Stinzine has a balance of $472.11 (less $5 for 2 months of bank fees)

- City School by Mohawk – Cat Maracle and Anita
• Described what City School is (free college courses!) as well as locations available• Don’t need a high school diploma and 19+

- Stinson is a charter member (which means that the SCA has one vote at every AGM)

- Vote was made to endorse the HCBN and allow them to use the SCA name and logo as well as a plan to have a representative to be named at the next meeting.

7. Ice rink update
1. One week of success! But need to wait for more snow to try again when it gets cold. There is a bunch of wood in the shed.
- Neighbourhood Leadership Institute
- Reminder that the Neighbourhood Leadership Institute is looking for citizens who have ideas for their community that the NLI could help them with over 10 weeks
- They can help with specific tasks as well as softer skills
- At the end you are eligible for $500 towards your project and as well a Mohawk course credit
- Free, Late February until the beginning of June on some Saturdays with child care on site
