- HCF is a funding agency and is committed to continue a small grants program in Hamilton.

- Terms of Reference proposals will be voted on at the AGM happening October 11th at 7-9PM at Central Memorial Recreation Centre

- Another meeting will be held in the first week of October following the NAS announcement
- Endorsement policy pilot will be up for voting.

- Stephen Rowe – Ward 3 City Council Candidate posed the question of whether councillors should attend neighbourhood meetings…

- The attendants discussed the pros and cons of this
- Alaine Bureau stated he thinks it should be through invitation, and gladly attend.
- Both were pro creation of a Ward 3 Community City Council.
- Mark Tennant also had thoughts that it would be neighbourhood driven and being accessible is important to him.
- All were very clear they wanted to be accessible and listen.

- Accounting Clean Up question was posed related to reallocating some of the reserved funds
- A motion was made for up to $350 of the kids event reserve to be earmarked for the Bike Rodeo, and any unused funds to be returned to the general account.

- This motion was seconded and passed with unanimous yeses and no abstentions.

- A motion was made to move the funds from Jason Farr to the general account.

- Ward 2 Debate – September 19, 2018
- Ward 3 Debatewith Crown Point – October 8th 7pm at the Pearl Theatre

- A motion was made for the Stinson logo to be associated with the event and $100 to pitch in towards the event.

- This motion was seconded and passed with unanimous yeses and no abstentions.

- Raise the boundary concerns and lack of community education
- Stop sign at Wellington and Stinson was asked for and a pedestrian crossing was added.
- HPS – need speed enforcement on Stinson St.
- Grant Ave. needing speed enforcement between Stinson and Delaware (it is the used to cut around the light at Wentworth) – need a petition (Margaret is the champion)
- Street safety audit with the city…
